Job shadowing: movilidad para profesores

Objectives

  • Know about different educational systems.
  • Exchange of best practices.
  • To learn about different training programs abroad related to interculturality and inclusion.
  • Improve professional and linguistic competence.

The main purpose of job shadowing is to provide practical and direct experience in a specific work environment. At Carlos V Education we organize visits to schools and companies, allowing teachers to closely follow classes as well as participate in various related activities. This approach facilitates an in-depth and contextualized understanding of teaching and provides a valuable practical perspective for professional development.

We invite you to be part of our international educational community and to make your Erasmus+ experience an unforgettable chapter in your educational journey.
