Students from the Pohjois-Karjalan koulutuskuntayhtymä, Riveria in Finland carried out their internship in Seville, specializing in bakery and pastry. During their stay, they gained professional experience at the Durazno y Chajá Pastry Shop, where they were able to apply and hone their skills in a real working environment.
This internship contributed to their professional development and gave them the opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture and processes of the hospitality industry in Spain.
