The Guardianship Service for Underage Students is a service designed for international students who arrive in Spain unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians. This service ensures that the minor has a legal guardian assigned in the country, who is responsible for his or her welfare, academic supervision and daily needs while residing and studying in Spain. The guardian acts as a legal representative, ensuring that legal requirements are met and looking after the minor’s interests in areas such as health, education and cultural integration.

Notarial act for legal guardian in Spain
One time payment of 120 €.
Guardianship Service in Spain
80,00 € monthly until the student reaches 18 years of age
Relevant Information
Constant communication to the parents or legal guardians in origin.
We will keep parents informed about the student's well-being through regular updates on the student's emotional, academic and health situation.
Emergency assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We guarantee that the student will have immediate support in case of any emergency situation, both medical and personal.
Airport transfers upon arrival
We coordinate the safe transfer of the student upon arrival in Spain.
Services for unaccompanied minors
Personalized assistance for students traveling alone, ensuring their well-being from the moment they arrive until they are fully adapted to their new environment.
Medical appointments and accompaniment
We take care of managing and accompanying the student to any medical appointment, ensuring their care and well-being.
Accompaniment to official appointments
We help with the management and accompaniment to necessary administrative appointments, such as immigration or any official procedure that requires the presence of the minor.
Supervision of life in the residence
We make periodic visits to the residences or host families to ensure that the child is well cared for, and act as intermediaries in case of conflicts.
Notarial act for legal guardian in Spain
The legal guardian is responsible for the protection and care of the ward, and the notarial act guarantees the validity and formality of this appointment according to Spanish law.
Additional mandatory services for underage students
In order to guarantee the safety and well-being of underage students, from now on, it will be mandatory for parents to contract the following additional services:
Mandatory annual residence
Parents must contract the residence on an annual basis, guaranteeing safe and supervised accommodation for the minor for the duration of the course. This ensures a stable and controlled environment for the student.
Compulsory medical insurance
Each minor student must have full medical insurance that covers both emergencies and routine consultations. This insurance will allow for immediate and smooth medical attention.
